O pianista Monty Alexander nasceu na Jamaica em 1944. Influenciado por Oscar Peterson começou a gravar em meados da década de 60 e nunca mais parou. Escolhemos para ilustrar a sua interpretação de standards, gravações dos anos 80, 90 e já do presente século. Vamos ouvi-lo em duo ou em trio.
